  13. The keyboard data goes into IC 8520 ... U10.
  14. Try the old switch the two 8520s trick, and see if your
  15. symptoms change.
  16. If your U10 is defective, switching the two will fix the keyboard
  17. and mess up your parallel port.
  18. On the other 8520, the parallel BUSY line is controlled by the same part
  19. of that IC that accepts keyboard data on U10.
